Back From A Long Needed Vacation!
A Relaxing Week!
This will be a short post as I just returned from my vacation a couple of days ago.

Honestly, I needed the break, and this location is perfect. I read a few books, hung out with family and ate well. Oh yes, a few beers too. But I still did solo workouts. I couldn’t stop training but limited each solo session to 20 to 30 minutes.
The Last Two Videos
I focused on the third joint lock (the reverse two-finger lock) in the first video. It’s a rather painful lock. So be careful when practicing with your partner!
The second video focuses on the two-finger center lock. Again, be nice to your partner!

Inspiration for the Week

Wow, this woman is amazing! What I like about this video is that she demonstrates exercises that can be done at home. One does not need to go to the gym and hit all those fancy machines! Exercise possibilities outside of the gym are endless. Your age or physical condition should not limit your ability or desire to exercise regularly. Right?!
That’s it! My apologies for the brevity of this late summer post.
