Friday Recommendation #3
Before you delve into Sensei Ando’s 25-minute podcast about Bruce Lee’s famous quote, let’s refresh your memory first by watching this clip.

I have to admit that I have always been a big fan of this quote as it generally fits my life philosophy. This philosophy was the foundation behind my dissolved business name, “Bamboo Spirit.”
Generally, the bamboo plant has stood for strength and flexibility, hardness and softness, and adaptability. Some say that bamboo is soft as silk and strong as steel.
This plant is noted for its adaptability, growing in different areas of the world, even here in Canada! Unlike an oak tree, the bamboo plant can bend with the wind. This adaptable plant thrives in hot and cold climates and continually renews itself.
So, in many ways, being like bamboo is similar to being like water.
With all this in mind, watch Sensei Ando’s entertaining rant below.

What do you think? What he has to say is interesting, eh? No, I’m not going to give away what he said.
