I am usually reluctant to recommend lengthy podcasts. Between family and work, most readers won’t have time to digest a 2-hour podcast.

I am making an exception for Dean Franco’s podcast interview of Maija Soderholm.

This is, hands down, one of the best interviews/podcasts that I’ve listened to. I have saved this and will be listening to it again soon. It goes beyond the usual biographical route and delves into the deeper conceptual and philosophical aspects of FMAs. Ms. Soderholm dishes out pearls of wisdom and deep insights with humour and verve. Dean Franco does a great job of bringing that out of Ms. Soderholm.

I have previously recommended another great interview involving Maija Soderholm. But, I have to say this one tops the previous interview in many ways. Her insights are deeper, and her martial intelligence is quite impressive.

If you are pressed for time, break this up into 20 or 30-minute increments. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!
